Discover the magic of mixed media as you combine the tactile art of collaging with the vibrant world of acrylic painting to create a beautiful work of art! In this hands-on workshop, after drawing our image, you'll gather, tear, and arrange layers of patterned papers, tissue, and found imagery to start then bring it to life with bold brushstrokes, washes of color, and painted details in acrylic. No experience necessary! This workshop is designed for all skill levels. We will provide clear and easy-to-follow instructions every step of the way. You'll learn essential techniques and tips that will help you create your mixed media piece. We will be creating on an 11x 14 canvas. All materials are included in the workshop fee. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 2 days of a workshop start date are nonrefundable. However, registrations are transferable to another participant. Cancellations or rescheduling a week before the workshop date will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
