studio Policies
We want to make sure everyone who participates in any of our
creative workshops, camps & classes at ACE Arte Studio has the best
experience possible! Please read the following guidelines and policies.
By enrolling into a class, workshop, or camp at ACE Arte Studio, you
agree to the following:
SAFETY
Your and your child's safety is our top priority. We provide safe, non-toxic materials for our kids classes.
Our instructors will demonstrate safe ways to use any tools. We will have some basic guidelines (i.e no
running in the studio) that we expect participants to follow in order to safely participate in our art
programs.
ACE Arte Studio is a nut-free studio. For camps, when packing your child's snack, please NO peanuts or
nuts of any kind.
KINDNESS & RESPECT
ACE Arte Studio is a safe, inclusive, positive space to have fun, learn and get creative. You and your child
agree to treat participants & instructors with kindness and respect.
WE MAY GET MESSY
Art can get messy! Please make sure you and/or your child is properly dressed in case we get a little
messy.
MATERIALS & TOOLS
We use quality materials to create amazing art! All materials are included in class fees. We expect
participants to use materials and tools with care and respect so everyone can enjoy them.
PERMISSION TO SHARE
We love sharing creativity and art made at ACE Arte Studio with others. We may take photographs,
video and/or audio during our art classes to post on our social media, website or promotional material.
You grant us permission to use these images.
CanceLLation policies
Workshops (one-time workshops)
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment.
Cancellations made within 2 days of a workshop start date are nonrefundable. However, registrations
are transferable to another participant. Cancellations or rescheduling a week before the workshop date will be charged a 15% cancellation fee
Classes ( 4 & 6 week courses)
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment.
Cancellations made within 7 days of a class start date are nonrefundable. However, registrations are
transferable to another participant.
If you are missing a class of a 4 or 6 week course and you let us know ahead, we will do our best to fit you in another similar class. However, this is not guaranteed and is not always possible due to limited seats per class. We do not
offer refunds for missed classes.
Camps
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment.
Due to the limited seats in our camps, cancellations made within 14 days of the camp’s start date are
nonrefundable.
Any cancellations done more than 14 days before camp start date will receive a refund
minus a 15% cancellation fee.
We do not offer makeups or refunds for missed camp dates.
Parties
Full payment for 6 participants is due in order to secure booking.
When you book a party, we reserve the entire studio for that block of time.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the party's start date are
nonrefundable.
If you have an extenuating circumstance, we will handle each cancellation on a case by case basis.
In order to avoid paying for no-shows, we will invoice you the remaining balance for extra participants after the party.
Any cancellations done more than 10 days before the party's start date will receive a refund
minus a 15% cancellation fee.
