This 2.5-hour special event is part of a Creative Expression series co-hosted by Steffi Acevedo, Owner of Ace Arte Studio, and Sarah-Beth Barrett, Career and Life Coach. If art fills you up in all of the best ways and you yearn for a creative outlet, this evening is meant for you. Workshop Theme: Simple Self-Love, a topic we will explore through reflection, visualization and creative expression. Creative Project: Painting watercolour flowers taking the beautiful shape of a heart, letting love bloom onto your page. We'll supply the materials, provide instruction and do the cleanup- all you need to bring is yourself, leaving external pressures and demands at the door. Although there will be plenty of guidance, we invite you to intuitively explore your own creative expression and allow curiosity, playfulness and experimentation to shape your process. Walk away from this magical experience feeling calm, relaxed and fulfilled. Cherish your creation as a reflection of the time you set aside to nurture your own creative needs and desires. All materials, tea/coffee and snacks are included in workshop fee.
